When is a suggestion actually helpful?

Timing matters as much as the detail itself.

A suggestion can be accurate and still arrive at the wrong moment. We are exploring how MO could draw on previous conversations and offer a useful connection when it fits.

That could mean returning to a plan or bringing back a preference you mentioned earlier. These are illustrative situations, not results from a completed user study.

We still need to measure which suggestions people find useful, which are distracting and when staying quiet is the better response.
